We must face/confront/stand against the emptiness/void/terror, and discover/remember/unearth the resilient/unyielding spirit that lies within/deep inside/at our core.

Insomnia can be suffocating weight upon your mind and body. You toss and turn, yearning for sleep as you struggle. The hours crawl by, each one an eternity marked by anxieties and exhaustion. This pervasive state of wakefulness transforms you into a prisoner within the darkness.
Craving for Sweet Oblivion
The throes of oblivion was a siren's call, a gentle promise of escape. To fade in its depths was to quell the incessant cacophony of existence. The world's sharp edges dissolved under the influence of its sweetness.
